The location and A receptionist called Mr.pankaj Roy kapoor is very friendly , helpful with a kind gesture with a warm smile. He was indeed very respectful to the hotel guests and co operated with me all my enquiries and my requests which is exactly opposite to the other receptionist named Mr.Manoj . I would like to appreciate Mr. Pankaj Roy kapur for his excellent hospitality and great attitude.

not allowing the guests inside the room by one of the staff names Manoj ( receptionist) even though I have given the local ids of my lady relatives and they belong to the Respected families and Mr. Manoj disrespected me in front of my family relative guests as he asked for their ids then said that they are not allowed to go in the room even for 10 minutes and he said all this in an aggressive manner with an angry, grim and long face. I have told him that this is not the way he should treat the hotel guests and even if there are some rules he should tell this with a smile on his face. even after I told all this , he was still talking to me in a mocking behavior.

The maintenance standards were poor throughout our 5 day stay. One lift was out of order and we had to queue for one guest lift. No twin beds were given even though a twin room was booked 2 months prior. Also, we had to ask for extra blankets as these were removed during cleaning.. The exhaust fan in the bathroom never worked;the corridors were poorly air-conditioned,; room service forgot my soup order and the flush leaked.

This is a correct 5 star hotel in Delhi. Nice breakfast buffet

the pool was small. the location was bad and very far from the aerport the surrounding area was dirty and was not safe to walk out side the hotel.

I arrived at 5am in the morning after a very long day travelling and my first question was - can i get currency exchange as I saw that facility on the website. I had already attempted to find ATM on google but they all appeared in closed banks. The hotel staff were not helpful and very rude. All I wanted to do was get cash , pay the taxi driver so he could leave and then book in. The hotel staff would not answer my question about currency until they had seen my passport and checked me in. This was very frustrating as I just wanted to send the taxi driver on his way home. Obviously I was unable to find my passport and that was frustrating me swell as the staff not answering what I thought was a very simple question but for some reason they needed my passport before engaging in conversation with me. I felt that the process was very long and unnecessarily complicated and the staff would not answer my question. I apologised for being tired but explained that I just wanted to pay the driver and that him waiting was stressing me out. Nothing.Then after the longest check in ever they said no we don't provide that service (ffs) why this couldn't of been said to me at the beginning. There help was then tp find a local ATM .... like I hadn't considered that and like I know where I am! I asked if they could explain to the taxi driver who was not from the area. We then went on our way in search of an ATM. The area had many homeless people and I was more than slightly intimidated being a solo female traveller. thee are is not the hotel staffs fault but an observation and feel they could of directed me to a more public area. On my return I now needed to complete check in. room looked nice but smelt of stale cigarette. I was tired and slept or 3 hours. In the morning I requested I moved as was booked in for 10 or so days. the wifi was also poor and I was unable to load emails. I asked if I could be moved to a better wifi area and room that did not smell. was told no

Someone break down the washroom glass. when i left the room glass was perfect but when i returned back glass has been broken. when i seen after returned back i thought in morning it is the same. but i was wrong . i feel the glass was perfect when i left the room but now its seems broken. In that confusion i have not raised concern to the hotel. But when hotel ask me how the glass has been broken down at that time i have said the truth the glass was fine when i left and when returned back to room the glass was broken down. Thanks to the team to understand the concern otherwise if any other hotel they will charged for glass without listening any single word. but i am happy how they serve the customer. Thanks team But if the glass has been broken by the house keeping then accept his mistake but they raise concern to the team feeling

washroom was not properly setup means not able to close the door properly. handle was break down before checkin. New guest face issue please repair before that

its quite far away from airport as well as city , the lobby and coffee shop quite small , the f& b and front office staffs are very rude , housekeeping staffs are very friendly , worst thing they don't allow your guests to visit your rooms , you have greet and meet them in lobby as i said earlier lobby is too small , crowded and noisy . the view from your room is unpleasant . the rooms are very good and very comfortable

We booked two rooms, a double room and a triple room but in the triple room the extra bed is not comfortable.

Someone else book for me by mistake for one person and they was charging me extra 1200 bucks for my wife and no breakfast no any aminity in the room with 5400 a night

I stayed there for 4 nights, tv didn't work. I reported but still wasn't fixed, was not able to make calls from room, no currency exchange available. Staff were not helpful with information. Everyone greeted well.

The access to the lift is a problem always. The key doesn't work all the time. Check out procedure is usually late!!!

Its always good to stay in this hotel. it definitely meets up your expectations.

Rooms are a lil small whereas compared to other 5 stars they should be big enough.

Good breakfast and good staff at the restaurant. They were so attentive, pleasant and were better compared to the staff of other departments. Security staff and the bell boys were good too.

Check - in process was not very welcoming. Staff were busy with some other works and they took about 20 minutes to check the system and confirm the booking. No welcome drink or anything offered. AC stopped working half of the stay and had to call a technician. They came and did the repair and again it stopped working. TV was not working and TV remote was not there. Then had to inform that too. They attended and solved it anyway. Images in the site are kind of misleading. Hotel is not grand as shown in photos.
