What was the highlight of Park Plaza Shahdara
Nice
Initial greeting by Ravindra was very friendly and welcoming. Room size was good with all amenities and a fantastic city view. Close to the mall, was very convenient. Housekeeping did a great job.
This hotel is right beside a bunch of banquet halls and the windows are not sound proof, you can't avoid load musics at night during wedding season. On top of that we had an incident on our final night around 7pm, other guests on the same level started playing load music with their suite door open. However, upon our first contact to the front desk, we were advised they'll look into it. Nothing changed for another 15 to 20 minutes, the front desk was contacted again. Now this time we were advised that the restriction is only after 10.30pm. We had a flight to catch next morning and were catching an early snooze. This was not acceptable. The housekeeping staff also tend to turn the music on high volume and leaving the door open when cleaning up the vacant suites. I am not sure if management looks after this. The area around the hotel was gross and smelly. Surprisingly, we didn't see any garbage cans around the block.

staff were lovely and hotel was nice. pity the location is so bad
Good breakfast and dinner, good room , great staff
the pool was small. the location was bad and very far from the aerport the surrounding area was dirty and was not safe to walk out side the hotel.
